The Royal Anne Hotel

I've stayed at the Royal Anne many times in Kelowna. The location is great, the service is friendly, rooms are clean. Parking is available and a bit limited but I've had great support from the staff on a couple of occasions. There are numerous nice touches here and although not a luxury hotel, it's very clear that the owners care, that they are good to their staff (many I recognize from past visits) and it's got a positive environment. The gym is well equipped and there is very nice walking nearby.

Location was great close to shops, Lake Okanagan, restuarants. Staff in breakfast bar were efficient and friendly. Place was clean and well stocked with pleasant seating areas. Housekeeping very good. We will return! Thank you.

Great central location downtown Kelowna. Looks plain from the outside but the rooms are well done. Very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is pretty standard with two egg options, boiled and baked. View of the city from the south balcony is really nice as well including morning sunrise. Undergrount Parking is limited but is included with the hotel price. We would return.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, especially the receptionist James at the front desk , he provided superb service. The entire check-in process was smooth and professional, which was a great start to our stay. Janes were warm, caring, and answered all our questions with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel specially with the Receptionist like James who made our trip more interesting with his excellent advice on local restaurants . He went the extra step to ensure our stay was memorable, and his hospitality is a true sample of what makes this hotel excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Perfect location for exploring downtown Kelowna's many restaurants and attractions. We had the top floor facing south (right above Bernard Ave) and we had a great view of the frosty hillsides and the street activity. 1 block from the parks and waterfront - great walkway along the lake from downtown to the Yacht club and bird sanctuary to the north. Many great little pubs and eateries in the area...the only catch might be parking: there's about 10 spots in the underground lot and another 10 in the adjacent ground level lot, but there are parkades in the immediate area, and paid parking on the street in front. Special thanks to reception and Zoi for doing a wonder Birthday display for my wife.

I chose this hotel when I visited Kelowna for just one day, and I’m really happy with my decision.The staff are genuinely very helpful and everyone is friendly. The breakfast options are significantly better than those at other hotels in the same price range. The beds and pillows are clean and of excellent quality. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the high quality of the towels. Having indoor parking is a huge convenience, especially during the winter months.

Found this gem on expedia, happy I didn't pass it by. Great location, unique hotel, friendly staff. The photos in the halls and rooms are badass too. Parking is tight underground tho, don't bring a pickup it'll be too tall. Tacomas may have an issue with the tight corners be aware. Excited to come back

We recently stayed at the Royal Anne for 2 nights during my dad's cancer treatment. The convenience of the location was exactly what we were looking for when searching for a place to stay. The staff were all so friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry free as possible. The one comment we read in previous reviews was the limited parking. Due to the nature of our trip, they were so extremely kind to keep a reserved spot for the duration of our stay, just one example of them going the extra mile. With that being said, the limited on site parking would NOT deter me from staying there again, and they do provide other nearby options. The continental breakfast was perfect to start the day off, and an awesome addition to the hotel experience. Lastly, I can say that every single staff member we came across, legitimately seemed happy to be working there. And that says a whole lot. Thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay and we look forward to staying with you again in the future. Hopefully under different circumstances.
